1. USAGE
By using this site and/or joining Wireality, you signify your assent to our Terms and Policies. If you do not agree to our Terms and Policies, please do not use this site. We reserve the right, at our complete discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Policies at any time. Please check back periodically for any changes we may make to them. Your continued use of this site and/or Wireality membership following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept these changes.

2. MEMBERSHIP TO WIREALITY
Membership to Wireality is free of charge. Grapefruit has created Wireality as a pro bono service for the professional community of which it is a part. Membership to Wireality is subject to Grapefruit approval, in its sole discretion and based on your declared interest and/or involvement in branding and corporate identity.

3. COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING
Commercial advertising is prohibited at Wireality. All Wireality materials are and will remain free of such advertising, except for self-promotional messages that Wireality members are allowed to post on the discussion list or in their Member Profiles, on condition that they be related to branding and corporate identity.

4. FREEDOM OF SPEECH
Participation to Wireality is unmoderated, meaning that members' messages to the discussion list and the content of their Member Profiles are posted without any interference from Grapefruit, other members or other parties. However, Grapefruit, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including deleting or editing member-generated content and denying or cancelling membership to Wireality, when such content is hateful, violent, threatening, defamatory, obscene, discriminating in terms of race, nationality, religion, physical or mental disabilities, sexual orientation, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, or can be assimilated to spam.

	Restricted access to the Wireality email discussion list. Only Wireality members can send messages to the list email address.
	Our terms prohibiting commercial advertising on Wireality, outlined in Paragraph 3 above.
	Our policy for handling personal information, outlined in our Privacy Policy below, including the automated filtering of email addresses contained in messages archived in the publicly available Wireality Archive

6. VIRUS PROTECTION
Virus protection at Wireality is effectively enforced by only allowing plain text, attachment-free messages to the list. Most email clients today send out messages with plain text versions, so no action is required from members who wish to post messages to the list. Photography files for the Member Profiles can only be either GIF or JPEG files.

7. COPYRIGHT
Copyright to all member-generated content (list messages and Member Profiles) belongs to the respective members. All other content on Wireality is copyrighted by Grapefruit SRL and other parties, when so indicated.

	Member expressly agrees that use of Wireality is at member's sole risk. Grapefruit, does not warrant that Wireality will be uninterrupted or error free; nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of Wireality, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information provided through Wireality.
	Wireality is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.
	This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Member specifically acknowledges that Grapefruit is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other members or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with member.
	In no event will Grapefruit, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing Wireality, be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use Wireality. Member hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on Wireality.
	In addition to the terms set forth above, Grapefruit shall not be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or untimeliness or unauthenticity of, the information contained within Wireality, or for any delay or interruption in the transmission thereof to the user, or for any claims or losses arising therefrom or occasioned thereby. None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages.

Privacy Policy

The Wireality email discussion list is used only to broadcast members' messages to voluntarily subscribed users and to distribute The Weekly Wire news digest. Grapefruit does not sell, rent or share the Wireality email discussion list, in whole or in part.
The Wireality Member Profiles are only available to other Wireality members in a password-restricted area of the Wireality web site.

If your request for membership to Wireality is rejected, we will not store your personal information, nor will we disclose it, in whole or in part, to third parties for any purpose whatsoever. If you gain Wireality membership status, we will never disclose your personal information, in whole or in part, to third parties for any purpose, commercial or not, except for the cases listed below:

	Your basic personal information, namely your first and last name, company, position and photography, is available to other Wireality members through your personal Member Profile page, which is part of the members-only area of the Wireality web site.
	Your contact information, namely your address, city, state, ZIP, country, email address, URL, phone and fax numbers, is available to other Wireality members through your personal Member Profile page, which is part of the members-only area of the Wireality web site, ONLY if you choose to make this information visible to them. You may change this preference at any time from your Member profile page.
	Any other information you provide with your membership request, namely your biography, interests and other comments, is available to other Wireality members through your personal Member Profile page, which is part of the members-only area of the Wireality web site, ONLY if you choose to make this information visible to them. You may change this preference at any time from your Member profile page.
	TThe messages you post on the Wireality email discussion list are stored in a searchable archive that is publicly available online on the Wireality web site. All email addresses are automatically filtered out of these archived messages, to avoid email spamming, but all other contact information (such as postal addresses and phone/fax/pager numbers) that you provide in your messages, including in your signature, are preserved as such and appear online.

In the event you wish to delete any of your personal, contact or other information in our possession at any time for any reason and thus unsubscribe from the Wireality email discussion list and otherwise immediately cease to be a member of Wireality, please contact .
